Official Harper County Contacts

Choose the custodian based on the event being checked. A Sheriff discharge record establishes when Harper County Jail ended custody. A court file explains the legal order. ODOC handles Oklahoma prison and supervision records, while VINE provides alerts rather than a permanent record.

Harper County Sheriff and Jail

Harper County Sheriff’s Office / Harper County Jail
311 NW or SE 1st Street
Buffalo, OK 73834
Phone: 580-735-2213

The OACP directory lists NW 1st Street, while the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and court sources list SE 1st Street. Call before mailing or visiting to confirm the correct entrance, records custodian, accepted request method, identification rules, hours, and fees. No official roster, records email, posted hours, or Harper-specific fee schedule was verified.

Harper County District Court

Harper County District Court
311 SE 1st Street, P.O. Box 347
Buffalo, OK 73834
Phone: 580-735-2010
Fax: 580-735-2787
Directory hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Use the court for bond orders, dispositions, judgments, sentences, and expungement filings. A court order does not establish the jail’s physical discharge time. State criminal matters may also appear through OSCN or the live Harper selector at ODCR. Buffalo and Laverne municipal cases may require the correct city clerk.

Woodward Probation and Parole

ODOC Woodward Probation and Parole Office
1104 Hillcrest
Woodward, OK 73801
Phone: 580-254-1539

ODOC assigns Harper County to the Woodward office. Ask it for the public supervision verification or official reporting directions it can provide. It does not verify a bond release from Harper County Jail.
