Terms Entered in Search Tools
When a name, location, or other detail is entered into a search box supplied by an outside provider, that query passes to the provider so it can perform the search. Harper County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms apply to its handling of the query and any later account activity.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use an available contact form, we retain the message and the contact details needed to answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal order.
Information Collected Automatically
Routine server, analytics, and advertising technologies can receive technical information when a page loads. Depending on the service, those records may include:
- The visitor’s Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device class and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring website, when one is available

Other Sites and Their Practices
Links may lead to the Harper County Sheriff’s Office directory, Oklahoma corrections and court portals, federal custody locators, public-record sources, or third-party search tools. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination’s own privacy policy governs its collection and use of information.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and select interest-based ads. That tracking occurs under the advertising partner’s controls, not within records maintained by Harper County Released Inmates.

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be handled by these parties when needed for the listed function:
